Ossamus is a saison with strong earthly and malty notes, with slight spiciness and a hint of banana character on the back end.  We also do small batches of this infused with either lavender or rosemary to provide a unique flavor and experience.

Ossamus Hitch Methvin is the founder of Longview, TX.  Little did he know that Longview would become a huge hub for the oil field industry.
